Grants of up to $1,000 to Missouri nonprofit organizations, school districts, government entities, and churches for activities to benefit residents in eligible regions. Funding areas of interest include senior citizen care, services for children, homelessness, and animal welfare assistance. Eligible organizations serve residents of the Ozark Foothills area, including Butler, Carter, Reynolds, Ripley, and Wayne counties.

Estimated Size of Grant:

Applicants may apply for up to $1,000.00 in funding for this grant cycle. Minimum request amount is $500.00.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

501(c)3 organizations or other IRS-approved entities (government entities, school districts and churches) serving the Ozark Foothills area (including Butler, Carter, Reynolds, Ripley, and Wayne counties) are eligible to apply.

501(c)3 organizations that strive for support services for children, senior citizen care, animal welfare assistance or homelessness with annual operating expenses of less than $250,000 are eligible to apply.

In awarding grants, affiliates of the CFO will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or veteran status. Grantees must not, in the use of CFO grant funds, discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or veteran status either in its employment practices or in its policies and procedures concerning access to services.
