Grants of $75,000 to USA, Canada, and International individual investigators for pilot projects in any area related to ovarian cancer research. Priority is given to proposals that are multidisciplinary, innovative, show potential for translational research, and that may lead to independently funded investigations.
Pilot Study Program awards will be allocated based on scientific merit. Pilot Study Program awards will support investigator-initiated projects in all areas of ovarian cancer research. In addition, projects designed to analyze data from already funded clinical trials will be considered.
Eligible uses of funds include direct costs such as salary support, materials, supplies, consumables, travel costs for scientific meetings, and other expenses.

The two-year awards will provide a total of $75,000 in funding, with the possibility of an additional $25,000 awarded in year two.
Pilot Study Awards will have a duration of two calendar years (24 months) unless otherwise negotiated with and agreed to by the Rivkin Center.
