- Lock Dwn Ranch Outreach and Asbury Media Center are led by a dedicated team of local educators, counselors, nonprofit professionals, business owners, and community advocates. Founder and Director Alicia Leigeber brings more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit administration, education, healthcare, fundraising, community outreach, marketing, and program development. The leadership team and Board of Directors provide financial oversight, strategic planning, grant compliance, partnership development, and program accountability to ensure that services effectively meet the needs of rural and underserved communities.

- Eligibility requirements
